The entire first impression (containing both "shoot" and "shoo" states) was issued on 7 April 1955. The third book in the James Bond series, Moonraker was adapted into a film of the same name in 1979, starring Roger Moore.
Octavo. Original black cloth, spine and front cover lettered in silver. With the dust jacket. Housed in a black quarter morocco solander box by the Chelsea Bindery.
Spine minimally cocked, covers a little dusty; near-fine in a very nice example of the jacket, spine and rear panel panel faintly toned with couple of nicks to head of spine panel.
